Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident when ordering your dress from A Dressy Occasion, and we know ordering sight unseen can be a bit stressful. That’s why we’ve created our exchange/return policy. We want to give you the peace of mind you need to find a dress you truly love and order it worry free. With only a few exceptions, our dresses are exchangeable for another size or store credit when you follow our instructions detailed below. Bridal Gowns Return/Exchange Policy

We allow a ONE-TIME exchange of a dress purchased of equal or greater value, with the bride being responsible for all shipping costs. This policy only applies to bridal gowns that are in stock, not for any special or custom order gown.  It does allow for international shipping, but please take into consideration the time-frame of getting the dress shipped back and forth. The exchange time-frame must be made within 3 days of arrival into your destination and the dress needs to be returned and received within 4-5 days once it has been shipped back to us.  Dress must be unworn, unaltered with tags attached and free of makeup, stains or smells.  Any wedding dress bought in one of our stores is not exchangeable and are All Sales Final.

Other Dress Return/Exchange Policy

Our casual, bridesmaids, formal and temple dresses can be exchanged or another size or dress. This allows for exchanges only of equal or greater value with a 3 day time-frame of when the items makes it to the final destination. Dress must be unworn, unaltered with tags attached and free of makeup, stains or smells. Please follow the instructions on the packing slip you receive with your dress, send an email to info@adressyoccasion.com to receive an RA# (return authorization). The return address is also listed on the packing slip and the customer is responsible for return shipping.  All exchanges need to  be shipped back within a two week time frame of when it received it's destination or it will not be accepted for an exchange.

Flower Girl and Baptism dresses are considered to be an special order item and are All Sales Final

Sale Items - Any dress in our Sale Category are All Sales Final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any dress bought in one of our stores is not exchangeable and are All Sales Final.

Shipping

We try to ship your order within a day or 2 after you have placed your order (unless the dress has to be special ordered). Please take into consideration weekends and holidays when choosing your shipping options.  Call or email if you have any questions.
