We accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and free from any scents or stains, with the tag still attached. Special order dresses and wedding gowns are final sale. When you send us your return, please include the return authorization with your items. If your return is sent back too late, we cannot process an exchange or provide store credit. You will need to pay for shipping if you want the item back. If you choose not to cover the shipping costs, we will donate your item to a local charity.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within five days so we can get you the correct item.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within five days so we can fix it for you.

Please allow 5-10 days for us to process your return.

Shipping

In-stock orders are usually shipped within 48 hours and received approximately after 3-5 days of shipping if you are in the U.S. Orders shipped outside the US can take 6-10 days or sometimes longer. We can upgrade shipping to next day, two or three days if necessary (you will receive an approximate ship date within 48 hrs once your order is placed and confirmed). All orders are shipped via USPS or Fedex. All Special Orders will be shipped based upon the ship timeline listed on each dress, let us know if you have any questions.

Delivery times are listed with each item on our website. Normal delivery times are between 12 - 20 weeks depending on the wedding dresses you order and 10 – 12 weeks on most bridesmaids, special occasion and some temple dresses. Most dresses can be ordered with a rush delivery and will speed up your order for an (additional fees apply). Our website shows all the rush deliveries and charges or any custom changes that are available. We will also need your event date before we can place your order. Please call or email us if you need a dress sooner so that we can check our stock. If you have any questions or need changes not listed on our website give us a call.

Yes, we ship internationally, additional shipping charges may apply. If you email us your shipping address we can help you figure out the cost of shipping international. Please contact us with any questions.

Locations

We have two stores, one in Southern California and one in Arizona where you can try on dresses in person. We strive to keep the best selection of our dresses in stock at all times, however we might not have every dress offered on our website but will have similar styles for you to try on.

We have a store in Gilbert, AZ. The address is 4311 E Baseline Rd #104, Gilbert, AZ 85234.

If you are visiting us in California, you need an appointment. At our Gilbert location, we accept walk-ins. However, We highly recommend that you schedule an appointment so that our bridal stylists can help you find the perfect dress for your special day. We love to give every customer individual attention and excellent customer service. If you cannot come, we can ship.

Gowns & Dresses

Most of the gowns have a sleeve on them and are appropriate for various religious ceremonies and the standards of the LDS temple and other various religions that need a modest style dress.  We also can change the length of any sleeve to make it longer or shorter. (additional fees apply) If you choose a dress without a sleeve and would to have one added this can be changed in alterations.

A measurement chart is included on each page with specific measurements for that dress. Please refer to our Taking Measurements page for more information on how to take accurate measurements. Please have measurements taken by a professional or seamstress or someone else. Bust, waist and hip measurements are essential for us to help you get the best fit, with the least amount of alterations. Bra sizes are not consistent with a bust measurement. Gowns can be made from different size charts making it impossible to guess or assume your size. It’s crucial to have these measurements because all dress size charts run differently, making it next to impossible to guess sizing correctly. We are happy to help with this decision so feel free to call or email us with any questions. If measurements are not provided when you place your order, the exchange/return policy is not valid.

Some of our wedding dresses can be ordered with extra length or a custom length to fit your height based on your Hollow to Hem measurement. Some bridesmaids or special occasion dresses can be made 5” longer or 5” shorter (only the skirt is shorter, the bodice is not petite and additional fees apply and might require a rush charge) Each dress shows the options you can choose when placing your order. Some wedding gowns can be made with a petite cut that effects the entire dress, please call or email us for more details and cost.

Yes, a tea length dress can be made floor length but varies depending upon the dress. (additional fees apply and might require a rush charge)

Yes, the neckline on most wedding gowns, bridesmaids and special occasions can be raised, lowered or changed, such as a round neckline can be changed to a sweetheart neckline (it will change the shape of the neckline and additional fees apply and might require a rush charge)

Yes, you can order extra fabric for most wedding, bridesmaid and special occasion dresses. We can give you a quote once we know the style number/name of the dress. Fabric is sold in (1) yard increments with a (3) yard limit. Fabrics cannot be ordered separately without a dress order. Some laces are not sold by the yard but are appliques which can also be ordered.

Depending on your body type, you might need an alteration or two for a perfect fit. Please keep this in mind when reviewing your gown order. Our gowns are easy to alter if needed. Most bridal gowns have up to 2" of seam allowance in the side seams. We have our own local seamstresses who can help you if you buy your dress from one of our stores. Also, depending on the gown, if you need extra fabric or lace, we can usually order it with your gown

Once your order is placed we do offer color swatches on some of our dress styles.  Please contact us by email and include your name, address, phone number, dress name and color of fabric that you are requesting. We do not send out fabric samples for wedding gown and prom dresses.

Ordering

You can place your order through our website or call to place your order in person. Make sure to take accurate measurements so that we will order the correct size for you (they are also required for any order placed on the website). Please call us 855 437-3773 if you have any questions about your order or taking measurements. All orders must be paid in full before an order can be placed. If you need to make payments on an order, please call to discuss your options in person. Once your order has been placed we will send you a confirmation email with a copy of your order and approximate ship date. We will give you the best estimate of a shipping date or your order.

We highly suggest that bridesmaid dresses be ordered together so that the dye lot or color of the fabric will be the same on all the dresses. We cannot place your order without the bride’s name, event date and all of the measurement from each bridesmaid. It is easier if one person pays for the entire order and then collects the money from each bridesmaid. It speeds up the process and makes is much easier for everyone. Please call us with any questions on group orders. They can be shipped to individual addresses or all be shipped to one address together. All Special Order Bridesmaids Dresses Are All Sales Final.
